All personal training program sessions include the following:
- Goals/objectives consultation
- Functional Movement Screen (FMS)
- Body composition/girth-body weight baseline measurements
- The information compiled in the goals/objectives and FMS/baseline measurements are utilized by Jackie to design an individualized personal training program for that specific client
- Once designed, the client and Jackie meet and perform the program together

Jackie Wright
Lakewood Fitness is owned and operated by Jacqueline Wright, a 37-year health and fitness professional who holds a B.S. in Health, Fitness, and Recreation Resources from George Mason University, both group exercise and personal training certifications from American Council on Exercise as well as several other fitness industry certifications. She has taught, trained, managed, and coached thousands of clients all over the globe and is excited to share her lifelong passion for health and fitness with you!
Program Descriptions
Indoor Group Cycling Programs – all indoor group cycling programs are completely changed each week for each format, this includes new music!
- Cycle/Abs ($20/class) – This is a 60-minute indoor group cycling class designed for those that want to train specifically on the bike followed by an abdominal/core segment after cool down. Both steady state and HIIT training will be featured in this class.
- Boot Camp ($20/class) – This is a 60-minute indoor group cycling class designed for those that want to address all five components of physical fitness in one workout. You will spend approximately 45 minutes on the bike followed by a 7-station weight training circuit and cool down. Both steady state and HIIT training will be featured in this class.
- Cycle Circuit ($20/class) – This is a 60-minute indoor group cycling class designed for those that want to specifically perform HIIT on the bike and during the weight training circuit. Three rounds of cycling interspersed with three rounds of circuit training provide you with a “knock your socks off” workout.
Muscular Strength Training Programs:
- Functional Strength ($20/class) – This is a 60-minute all weight training/muscular strength format that will challenge every major muscle group of the body. Excellent for total body strengthening and a terrific compliment to a cardio focus class on alternating days. This is taught in traditional group exercise format with everyone performing every exercise together and 32-count musical phrasing applied to ensure the continuity of the class. The lesson plan changes weekly.
- Weight Training Circuit – WTC ($20/class) – This is a 60-minute class featuring a 14-station weight training and HIIT cardio circuit performed twice. Each station is 75 seconds in duration with non-stop exertion working every major muscle group of the body. Fun, effective and the stations and music change weekly.
- Mat Pilates ($20/class) – This is a 60-minute class dedicated to Pilates mat work which will challenge you by concentrating on the strengthening and lengthening of the entire body and nose to toes core.
- Pilates Reformer ($25/class) – This is a 60-minute class performed on the Pilates Reformer and other apparatus. This program concentrates on the lengthening/strengthening of the entire body as well as the nose to toes core.
